Grilled Marinated Portobello, or Chicken, or Flank Steak with Bell Peppers, onions, flour or corn tortillas, romaine option for the Keto folks. All meals come with Spanish rice, pinto beans, sour cream and cheddar jack cheese.
Finish it off with a generous slice of moist chocolate Texas sheet cake with chocolate frosting.

This Friday March 19th is Fajita Dinner for pick up or DELIVERY. The Poutine Machine will transport you to the southwest with Tender hormone free chicken, flatiron steak or Portobello mushroom fajitas with grilled peppers and onions. Each meal comes complete with pinto beans and Spanish rice, sour cream, shredded cheddar Jack, and flour or corn tortillas.
Brunch!!!!! What could possibly make Sunday better???? Oh I know, Biscuits and gravy with biscuits from @hollybsbakery scratch sausage gravy, or eggs Benedict with organic poached eggs from @derekeisel of Watmough Bay Farm with choice of Dungeness Crab, Mushroom, or Cottage Bacon from @jackmountainmeats. Breakfast Sammie or Breaky Burrito (yes we put fries in ours). Chilaquiles with Cuban black beans, quinoa, tomatillo verde, tomato, cilantro, jalapeÃ±o and choice of chorizo from @stonecrestfarm.
Itâ€™s Saturday March 13th and itâ€™s opening day of the food truck!!! Woo hoo!!!! We are carrying the Thai theme into todayâ€™s special! So if you missed the Thai dinner yesterday or just canâ€™t get enough ðŸ˜œ todayâ€™s special Thai chicken satay Buddha bowl, with organic chicken and our scratch peanut sauce, or a Banh mi sandwich, or Tom Ka Kai soup!
